Keynote address at SAE conference by Harley Davidson

Deane B. Jaeger from Harley-Davidson will be giving a keynote address on 7th May 2003, at the SAE Noise and Vibration Conference May 5-8, 2003 in Traverse City, Michigan, USA. This year marks the 100 year anniversary for Harley-Davidson and the sound of their motorcycles remains relatively unchanged.

New machinery diagnostics book

A new book called, “Fundamentals of Rotating Machinery Diagnostics” has been released by ASME, written by Donald Bently, Charles Hatch and edited by Bob Grissom. The book covers the basics and some advanced topics of using measured vibration to diagnose machinery faults. Several details case studies are included.
